2. Scope of Services

  • Recruitment Services: We assist businesses in identifying, screening, and hiring candidates. While we use industry-standard methods to source and vet talent, ZippiHire does not guarantee the performance, suitability, or retention of candidates.

  • Corporate Gifting: We provide consultation, sourcing, and delivery of corporate gifts. ZippiHire is not responsible for any delivery delays due to third-party vendors, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • HR Assessment Services: Our assessments are designed to provide insights into employee potential, skills, and performance. Results are advisory and intended to guide decision-making; final decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

  • Temporary Staffing Solutions: We provide temporary staff for projects, peak periods, or other short-term requirements. While we make every effort to ensure quality, ZippiHire does not assume liability for the actions of temporary staff once deployed.

 

3. Use of Website and Services

  • You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering, submitting applications, or using our services.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our website or content without prior written consent.

4. Client Obligations

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear job requirements, assessment criteria, and any other relevant information for our services.

  • Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule or invoice terms.

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with employment, HR, and corporate gifting practices.

 

5. Fees and Payment

  • All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or quotation provided to clients.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

  • ZippiHire reserves the right to revise fees, but clients will be notified prior to the implementation of any changes.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, graphics, and intellectual property on the ZippiHire website or provided as part of our services are owned by ZippiHire or our licensors.

  • Clients and users may not use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement.

  • This includes candidate data, business information, pricing, strategies, and any other proprietary content.

  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ZippiHire makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and quality of our services.

  • However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

  • We do not guarantee the results of recruitment, HR assessments, or temporary staffing solutions.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.

  • Clients remain responsible for payment of services delivered up to the termination date.

  • ZippiHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use personal data. By using our website or services, you consent to our privacy practices.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

12. Changes to Terms

  • ZippiHire may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • Clients and users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
